AMD RYZEN HEATS UP WHILE PLAYIN CERTAIN GAMES AND DURING HEAVY LOAD 

Solution

Use Ryzen Controller to set the maximum temperature for the CPU.

Every time temps exceeds the maximum temp, CPU is throttled down to reduce temps.
